Shipping & Delivery

• Every Beorna creation is handcrafted and undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch.

• Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

• Customized or made-to-order pieces may require 10–15 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

• Shipping is not free across India on all orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pincodes; some high-value orders may require pre-verification.

• We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand globally soon.

• We use only trusted and insured delivery partners, including Bluedart, Delhivery, and others.

• All shipments are 100% insured until safely delivered to your doorstep.

• You can track your shipment using the link provided in your dispatch notification.

To ensure the safety and transparency of every delivery, we request all customers to kindly record an unboxing video while opening their parcel.
This video must:

• Begin before breaking the seal.

• Clearly show the package condition, product, invoice, and contents.

• Be uncut and well-lit.

  ⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, we may be unable to process claims related to:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged or incorrect products

  • Empty or tampered packages

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

• If the package cannot be delivered due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, it will be returned to Beorna.

• Redelivery may incur additional shipping costs.
